Orders

 

+ Can I modify items if there are food sensitivities, dislikes or allergies?

 

We are always happy to accommodate requests when when able with Gluten friendly , nut/seed sensitivities, dairy friendly, vegan, no peppers, onions, etc. Meals are all prepared and packaged in a Vancouver Coastal Health approved commercial kitchen, but we do share this space with other businesses who may use some of these ingredients so it cannot be guaranteed of any allergens.

Half sized packaging for soups and stews can also be accommodated upon request, though will have a small additional fee to account for extra packaging materials.

 

+ I would like to gift some Nourishment Meals to a friend!

 

Gift certificates are always available for purchase, these make the perfect gift!

We are also happy to accept orders for delivery to the recipient, just be sure to enter their delivery details at checkout and leave a note about the gift in the comments while ordering.

 

Delivery

 

+ Where is this service available?

 

Nourishment Meals currently offers delivery to Squamish, North Vancouver and West Vancouver.

 

+ When will my meals be delivered?

 

Each bi-weekly delivery generally happens on Mondays or Tuesdays.  

The scheduled delivery dates for each order period will be detailed when new menus are posted and at the time you place your order.   

Deliveries occur between 9am-6pm.  Delivery emails are sent out 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date with a one-hour drop-off window.

 

+ Are there fees for delivery?


First orders always include delivery no matter the order size.

  • Squamish orders are delivery included for orders $50 and over.

  • North and West Vancouver orders are delivery included for orders $75 and over.

For orders under the required amount a $7 delivery fee will be applied.

 

+ What if I am not home at my scheduled delivery window?

 

Orders are delivered in insulated cooler bags if I may miss you for a short period of time and text messages are sent to alert you of your order arrival.  

If you may be out for a longer period of time, you can always leave a hard sided cooler with ice packs out for drop off.  With the warmer summer months, it is recommended that orders are brought in as soon as possible!

 

+ I may be away on the scheduled delivery date - can I still place an order for another delivery day?

 

For North and West Vancouver deliveries we are happy to accept orders and arrange for it to be delivered on the next round of deliveries if the scheduled date does not work for you.

For Squamish deliveries we are happy to accept orders and arrange for an alternate  local drop off date if the scheduled date does not work for you.

 

+ I live in Squamish, can I pick-up my order?

 

Arrangements can be made for local pick-ups in Squamish from the commercial kitchen space on most Wednesdays or Thursdays from 9:00am-4:00pm in the week following the original scheduled delivery date.  Leave a comment in the notes section of your order, or contact us directly to make arrangements.
