Hearty Vegan stew with chickpeas, carrots, celery, onions, bell peppers, sweet potatoes & spinach in a peanut infused broth.
Choice of 1L package or portion packed into 4 individual portioned containers served over brown rice.
Traditional Beef Bolognese layered with ricotta, spinach, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Covered with sauce & topped with grated parmesan & mozzarella cheese.
Vegetarian option with roasted garden veggie + bell pepper sauce
Gluten free versions are also available.
